Fees

Fees include

  • the open access online publication of the accepted extended abstract well before the Summit;
  • a hard copy of the Summit programme along with other materials in the Summit pack;
  • refreshments during the coffee breaks on the Vienna location of the Summit from Wednesday, 3rd of June, to Saturday, 6th of June, 2015, a reception and a social dinner;
  • the participation in the floating Summit on the Danube river in the country of Lower Austria on Sunday, 7th of June, 2015, including an excursion to the excavation site of Willendorf, Wachau;
  • an invitation to submit full papers after the Summit to the journals listed on the website according to their respective submission rules (including special offers for attendees).

Fees are waived for invited speakers, chairs, conference stream convenors, track moderators and curators, staff and press. Volunteers for on-site staff activities are welcome. Send a request to summit at is4is.org.

Paid fees can be cancelled before 3 May 2015, at 100 % return minus transfer costs. Send a request to info at is4is.org.

 

Reduced Fees

€ 120,00 Early Bird ISIS members* or members of co-initiating groups (as listed on the website);
citizens of BRICS, newly independent countries, developing countries;
students, retired persons, unemployed, persons with special needs

€ 320,00 Early Bird members of co-organising groups or partner groups (as listed on the website)

€ 400,00 Early Bird academics

€ 530,00 Early Bird non-academics

Early Bird fees are due not later than 3 April, 2015. Non Early Bird reduced fees are due also after that date.

 

Regular Fees

€ 500,00 academics

€ 700,00 non-academics

€ 70,00 accompanying persons

Regular fees are due after 3 April 2015.

 

Per Day Fees

€ 130,00 Per Day academics without presentation

€ 180,00 Per Day non-academics without presentation

Per Day fees are paid at the registration desk in cash.
