Registration on-site will start on Wednesday, 3rd of June, at 10:00. The opening session is scheduled for 12:00. The first day will be concluded with a reception at 20:00.
The last day of the summit is Sunday, 7th of June. It will – besides keynotes, conference streams and tracks – provide open space and, in particular, be devoted to co-ordination of future activities, networking and relaxing.
The days 3-6 June 2015 will be spent in Vienna, the last day in Lower Austria, on board of a ship on its route to Wachau and back.
That floating part of the Summit includes in the afternoon a visit to Willendorf and a lecture about modern humans that settled there in contact with Neanderthals.
The closing session of the Summit is scheduled for 18:00 on board.
The social dinner will conclude the Summit and last until 22:30.
The time frame of sessions is 90 minutes each. Breaks between sessions take 30 minutes, the lunch breaks 90 minutes.
The morning sessions are at 9:00 and 11:00, the afternoon and evening sessions at 14:00, 16:00 and 18:00. (On the first day we will have no morning sessions, but a session starting at 12:00. During the floating Summit we will have sessions at 9:00, 11:00 and 13:00, and an evening session.)
